TJK is a British Ugandan with over 25 years’ experience in the entertainment industry and is passionate about children, the Arts and how holistically beneficial it is to work with both!

​She gained her first acting role as a 16-year-old on a BBC production and was cast from an open audition. She did not have an Agent and was simply talent spotted. She then gained further roles whilst studying Performing Arts over the next few years.

She was a member of the R&B vocal group Serenade who toured throughout the UK and Europe during the mid-1990s.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brunel University in Music Industry Management and has Arts Administration experience as Head of Productions and Programming at WBS TV, Uganda. she also hosted the popular entertainment programme ‘Showtime Magazine’.

On her return to the UK she held the role of Project Manager at LIFE FM, a project set up as part of the Stonebridge Regeneration Project. Working with and training Young People in radio broadcast techniques, this project is the precursor to BEAT FM.

She spent 5 years working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Primary schools in North West London and was the Lead Teacher on the Princes Trust MOSAIC Mentoring Programme 2017/18 at her Primary school.

​Following 2 years at a previous Agency she has set up on her own to continue her work with children and young adults who have a passion for acting and would like to gain experience within the industry to further their careers.
